In May of 2009,my husband and I began casually looking for a home.  We spent a lot of time online, met with a banker to begin an application process and viewed a number of pre-existing homes.  In August we went to see was a Wolverton speck home.  We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful Wolverton Homes associate.  We thought the house was beautiful and we loved the area, but the floorplan and was not exactly right for our needs.   A few days later, we received a follow up phone call from the same Wolverton Homes associate.  During this call, I disclosed our priorities in a new home.  We were hesitant to toy with the idea of building a new home because we were under the impression that it would be more expensive to build a home and that we would get less home for our money. We were surprised to find the opposite was true.
 
Within 48 hours we were sitting the Wolverton Homes Office as they helped us to find the exact floor plan we wanted at a fabulous price.  My husband and I usually take a long time to make decisions, especially big ones, and were concerned about rushing into something- but because of the 8,000 tax credit, we had to act fast.  We quickly decided to go ahead and build a home with Wolverton and have felt great about our decision ever since.
 
The process of building our home was easy.  The associates at Wolverton Homes were amazing at not only making sure we were happy with every part of our home but in working with us on pricing out the upgrades that were important to us. 
 
I would recommend Wolverton Homes to anyone building a home in the area.  They are professional, attentive, responsive, ensure very quality construction, warranty their homes and have every intention on making your home exactly what you want.
 
We moved into our new home on my birthday!  We have lived here for a month and are very happy with our home.  Since our move-in Wolverton Homes has continued to answer our questions and finish up last minute details.
